Developing organizational goals in view of SMAACT goals model criteria

The article is devoted to the study of goal setting methodology a modern organization. This issue relevant in context systemic changes XXI century, as it generally leads reassessing philosophy forming management mechanism and methodology. Strategic starts with development mission setting. In order set goals necessary for any organization determine criteria advance. A number researchers have put forward theories regarding goals. outlines approaches including Andrew Grove (OKR), Edwin Locke Garry Letham, Mark Murphy (HARD), David Van Roy (BSQ), Paul J. Meyer (SMART). Based on comparative analysis discussed other approaches, unique approach selecting formation SMAACT proposed. According should be specific, measurable, Act-small, achievable, controlling time bound. addition, based logic complex strategic thinking, matrix “goal – subgoal level criterion” formed. basis creating “Strategic Thinking Screen”. applied aspect, allows an form systematic view compliance subgoals all levels proposed six (SMAACT).
